The Waikato/Bay of Plenty Magic turned around their disappointing form last weekend to beat the Canterbury Tactix with their highest ever score.
The Magic haven't scored over 60 in an ANZ Championship game until yesterday when they flogged the Tactix 72-52.
The Tactix kept with the home side for much of the first quarter with better shooting accuracy, but then let the match get away from them.
Laura Langman, Jodi Brown, Irene van Dyk and Frances Solia put out impressive performances.
One surprise out of yesterday's game was Magic shooter Jess Tuki taking the court in the final quarter as goal keeper.
