Round 5 Result: Magic beat Tactix in messy game

The Waikato/Bay of Plenty Magic beat Tactix 53-36 in a high error game that saw superstar Irene van Dyk benched in the last quarter due to a heavy fall.
With a high number of turnovers for both sides and Tactix' shooting accuracy low, it was a messy game to watch but Magic's experience and accurate shooting got them the two points.
Tactix come up against Mystics this Saturday and Magic will no doubt use the bye to improve their turnover rate.
