Will the Queensland Firebirds be the first Australian team to ever defeat the Southern Steel in Invercargill?
These teams have only met twice, both games being decided by only a couple of goals, and it's a win apiece.
But with the Firebirds scoring only their first win of the season last weekend, I think the Invercargill crowd will be too much for them, and Steel will just get over the line.
Players like Natalie Medhurst, Romelda Aiken and Laura Geitz need to be on their game for the Firebirds if they have any chance of beating Steel at home.
Watch for Steel's Megan Dehn, Daneka Wipiiti and Leana de Bruin who will be desperate to turn around their disappointing loss last weekend to the Adelaide Thunderbirds.
