Round 5 Preview: Pulse vs Thunderbirds
April 13th 2010 01:35
With the Adelaide Thunderbirds starting to find their form, one would have to think that they would beat the bottom-of-the-ladder team the Central Pulse this Saturday.
The win should be fairly convincing.
If only Pulse could play 60 minutes of netball, they would be a very competitive team in the ANZ Championship.
Last weekend, Kate Beveridge started to find her range and combined well with goal shooter Carla Borrego.
Geva Mentor and Mo’onia Gerrard also started to show their defensive capabilities.
Thunderbirds captain, Natalie von Bertouch has also had a slow start to the season and if she could start playing like she did last year, the Thunderbirds would be a team hard to beat.
