Round 4 Result: Australia leading the Rivalry Round after Swifts big win

April 10th 2010 09:33
The NSW Swifts' 14-point victory over the Central Pulse have resulted in Australia leading the Rivalry Round by nine goals.
The Swifts had a slow start to the game with the Pulse leading until the third quarter.
Captain Catherine Cox continued to struggle to find her accuracy under the hoop but was able to turn this around in the third quarter.
With changes made at half time to both teams, after Pulse led 25-22 at the main break, it was like a totally different ball game. Swifts took charge of the match while errors crept into the Pulse's game.
The final result was Swifts 50 Pulse 36.
