Round 12 Preview: Swifts vs Magic
June 4th 2010 13:06
The NSW Swifts vs Waikato/Bay of Plenty Magic should be a real thriller to finish the round off in style on Monday night.
The Swifts will be hoping to make ANZ Championship history by being the only team to go through the home and away rounds undefeated. They have the home ground advantage and although they are up against New Zealand's best team in the Magic, their opposition is coming off two straight losses.
The Magic played a very ordinary game against the bottom-placed Central Pulse and was lucky to come away with the win. The next two weeks resulted in losses to the Southern Steel and the Queensland Firebirds, pushing the Magic down to third on the ladder.
Swifts shoud take the win in a close game.
